There's a lot of buzz about this new Audiovox cell phone. Is it worth the $200? Should I scoop it up now or wait for the inevitable next generation which will include Tealtooth and a built-in DVD burner?
To me it's not about the technology. Click on the ad photo on the right to expand it and take a close look. You've got your application icons, your date and your time, but look just below that. It's the Outlook calendar. Note the magic words: "No upcoming appointments."
That I'd pay extra for. Sign me up.

Tealtooth... now that's funny! I didn't really like the first-gen smartphones that looked more like a PDA and used the standard Pocket PC OS (I think?). I remember there was a bit of buzz around the Motorola MPX when it came out, but I read some reviews that said that the phone's processor wasn't capable of handling all the features and that you actually got a bit a lag when you selected certian apps. This phone seems very interesting though... and it's shaped like a phone. Bonus!
